Enjoy your weekend with family and friends!
Don’t forget to bring a lunch on Monday! We will be going on a field trip to the Butterfly Pavilion! Please be on time at school. We need to be loading on the bus at 8:45am and will come back to school around 2:00pm. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring a disposable lunch and drink!

I am gone this morning for a technology meeting, but will see everybody in the afternoon. 
Don’t forget to turn in your permission slips and money for our field trip!
Look for another permission slip for our walk to the park on May 29th!

I will be gone on for a mapping institute for our common core curriculum on Friday, Saturday and Monday. Stacy Masin is our sub for the two days.

Congratulations to 2B for being super eagles and filling their marble jar! We will celebrate on Friday with a movie and popcorn for our Friday fun! If students would like to wear their pajamas they can do that tomorrow (4/19/13)

Dear Families,
Our class would like to partner with Junior Achievement to provide an educational, fun, hands-on program to introduce our students to economic and personal finance concepts. But we need a volunteer! Are you available?
As a volunteer you will be int he classroom for 30-45 minutes once a week for 5 sessions and I’ll be there while you present the Junior Achievement’s program. Junior Achievement provides all of the materials, a step by step plan for each individual lesson, and a one-hour, one-time training.
