Dear Parents,
Thank you so much for all of the wonderful support you have provided us in the past few weeks. Annika Christine Kaufman was born at 3:58 am on Sunday 4/22/12. She was 6 pounds 8 ounces and 19 1/4″ long. Both Rachel and Annika are doing well despite some jaundice. She has a lot of red hair like her brother Keenan. Both of our boys are very excited to be “big” brothers to their new little sister. We attached some photos for you to see.

Thank you Mrs. Duhn, all the boys and girls and parents for the beautiful flowers and cards! The notes are so fun to read and the flowers really have brightened my days that I have been home. I miss you all but know that you are in good hands.

Don’t Forget:
1. Friday 2/10/12 is Parents as Partners Valentines
2. Turn in your pictures for our writing project about a place in Colorado or out of state.
3. Valentine cards and healthy ice cream toppings are for Tuesday, February 14th.
WE need more glue sticks!!! Please help us finish the year!!
If you would like to help in the classroom, We need help with Writers Workshop at 12:15-12:45pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

Even though we had a snow day we will still plan to have 100′s day on Monday!!
Please bring a zip lock bag of 100 snacks. Some examples are 100 cheerios, 100 raisins, 100 marshmallows, 100 pretzels, 100 fruit snacks, etc. Please bring extras. I don’t know how many people will see this post! Thank you so much!!
If you would like to help we will need volunteers for 12:30-1:30pm.
